Welcome to AI Chat Games ("aichatgames.io", "the Service"), operated by HunterTech Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other media. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and does not reflect our views or endorsements. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or otherwise unexpected.
You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use subject to these Terms and our Content Policy. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your use of the Service.
All content on the Service must comply with our Content Policy. This is a safe-for-work platform. Content that is violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate is not permitted. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.
Certain features of the Service require credits, which can be purchased via Stripe. All purchases are final. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Refund requests may be submitted to support@aichatgames.io and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any content generated by AI systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HunterTech Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within Australia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
